As part of the TTS division, the work culture is cross-functional and collaborative. A lot of the work shows how much the organization values innovation and customer service. However like with other financial service organizations, there is a strict hierarchy and bureaucracy that can often slow down and delay progress for work.
Great benefits! The pay is alright, but the medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and work life balance is excellent.
I have worked at this company for around four years now and it has kept me pretty happy. The culture is very nice and the work/life balance is easier to maintain than with other jobs I have had. There is always room for improvement, but for the most part, people stay working here because they do take care of their people.
