As far as restaurants go, it's an amazing place to work. The majority of the kitchen staff has been there for 30 plus years. One line cook has been cooking there since he was 14, back in 1961! All of the steaks are hand cut. Hardly anything comes in frozen, the food quality is amazing. There are a handful of servers that have worked there for over 20 years as well. The restaurant industry is a hard one, and it truly is saying something that all these employees are happy to stay there decades.
