Boston Children's Hospital is a great place to work. The company empowers employees and make a difference in the lives of patients and parents. It feels great to be part of something that is constantly changing lives for the better.

The support from management and growth opportunities that are presented not only foster the core values of Boston Children's Hospital, but allow employees to gain skills that they can use in their everyday lives. I would without a doubt recommend Boston Children's Hospital to someone who wants to make a positive impact on the world and feel great while doing it.

Excellent hospital to be an employee of! This hospital has tons of amazing, unique benefits and perks to both patients and families. They treat their employees well, and many employees may transfer to new departments, but rarely leave the facility. Patients come from all over the world for care here. There is a reason Boston Children's keeps being voted the #1 Pediatric hospital!
I began working at CHB at right before the pandemic and all of the guidelines for containing the spread of COVID-19. The company has been phenomenal in regards to job security and pay during this international crisis. I have felt vaey safe with the policies that are in place and have never been at a loss for the correct PPE for my patient interactions. My particular position pays higher at CHB than other local hospitals. The diversity of the staff in higher level positions is lacking and off shift differential pay is lower than the state average.
