The laboratory work is challenging to a certain degree and at many times can be very heavy. Nevertheless, the testing performed are very diverse on a daily basis. A major benefit is being exposed to a variety of instrumentation and software used in the lab. A great place to be familiar in a FDA pharmaceutical environment with the numerous of regulations that are enforced and practiced. On the other hand, there is very little room for growth and opportunity which does lead to a high turn over here. Management can be difficult to work with; however, they provide support when available.
