Good place to work if you are interested in the behavioral health field. Lots of opportunities to help others, though you may not always see an immediate result of your efforts on patient's behalf.
You would never know what you could expect on a day-to-day basis. The clients we served changed often and so did the mood and temperament of the facility. The staff truly does care about the clients and wants to help and see them succeed.
