I really liked the management. They were always trying to be friendly towards me. Bear Diner is not an extremely big place; this situation provides closer interactions with customers. Most of the customers know you and they will try to start a conversation. Sometimes the place gets really busy, and you may have to work faster than usual, this can be stressful at times. Apart from that, everybody seems friendly and every single employee knows each other. There is an employee who has been working there for a long time. She was friendly and helpful when I first started to work there.
I would like to see more support from managment. Team meeting, guidelines, encouragement, accountability are all things that are missing. It's kind of a run itself place where everyone is confused or careless.
