I have worked for this company for many years, I enjoyed the experience until the company became vigourously sales driven. I also disagreed with how they chose to hire outside candidates with degrees over promoting others with experience within the company.
I recently changed jobs and found that BBVA has a great environment for growth and leadership development. I would generate a more aggressive US campaign like they have in Mexico.
The company is great and provides a great growing and learning environment even for first time bankers.
