Great place to work! It is friendly environment where good work is rewarded. A place where you can make a difference in the community as well as your career growth. Baptist Hospital encourages you to continue your education and facilitate the personal growth with flexible schedules and tuition assistance.
Management cares for each of their employers. As a hospital that is not un the union, there is never a worry that a strike or national economic hardship will result in massive layoffs.

Been a employed at Baptist for over 5 years now and while no company can be perfect it does a demonstrably admirable job of not only taking care of the hospital patients admitted but the employees themselves. A family- friendly staff environment with decent medical insurance, retirement benefits and ways to help those seeking academic aid.
My overall experience at Baptist Hospital of Miami has been pretty amazing. I started working at Baptist in October of 2008 and I been there very since. I started as a transporter in the Emergency Room and was promoted to secretary after 2 years and now after 11 years of working there I'm a Nurse. I love everything about Baptist Hospital. The managers are caring and they help you with your school schedule they make it flexible for you to attend school because they understand how important education is and I think that's a big deal. I don't want to see anything change here at Baptist, Baptist is a great place to work for and I would't change it for the world. I'm looking forward to continuing my education by getting my BSN,MSN and hopefully one day becoming an ARNP.
