I have worked here a short time but so far have had a very nice experience. I feel like the people I work with and for are very kind and caring people.

Three time Magnet designated hospital means they caring about nursing excellence. Nursing administrators really do care about the opinions of staff and the chief of medicine will consistently work with physicians on best practice.

I love working at Baptist! I feel like family, not just an employee!! They offer great benefits, and the pay is comparable to other jobs around the community. This is only my 2nd job, and I do not plan on going anywhere else.

I highly recommend a job at Baptist Hospital, it has been a wonderful experience for me. It is one thing to be apart of a team, but they make me feel so appreciated, they really care about their employees.

Baptist Health ER is a great Hospital and Department to work in. All staff are extremely helpful, friendly and hardworking. The team work is stupendous.

Baptist Health takes care of their employees. Despite their current finance issues due to past management, they still often do their best to care for their employees in every way they can. Baptist Health has been awarded one of Louisville's best places to work for many years, and I think that is very well deserved.

Baptist Health is a wonderful organization to work for. The Louisville location specifically is one of the finest hospitals I have ever been apart of. People are very kind at every turn, the doctors are top notch, and it truly feels like a family work environment. They offer excellent benefits to employees and truly care about each and every person on staff.

First job working in a hospital setting and I have enjoyed working there for almost one year. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. The staff is educating and compassionate. Flexible with my school schedule is a must when having a job and this place is cooperative and understanding.

Love the hospital and corporation! Moved from Paducah to Louisville, worked at Baptist Paducah as well. Great group of people, committed to patient safety while ensuring that their staff has their needs met as well.

Good working environment, recent high turn-over in management makes the staff a little uneasy but new leadership is encouraging. Newly remodeled.

Baptist is a great place to work! They are very cooperative and understanding about family, school and other activities that may arise.
