Bank of America Reviews
Rating 4.16 out of 5 145 reviews
Bank of America is a good place. to work. The company provides great benefits, decent pay, and good work and life balance. At the end of the day the good outweighs the bad, making Bank of America a great place to work. Bank of America offers great benefits such as medical, dental, child care reimbursement, and more. The starting role at Bank of America makes twenty three dollars the hour and three weeks of paid vacation. The majority of the roles at Bank of America work from Monday to Friday; however, there are some exception. It can be very repetitive work. There are many regulations to follow which can seem daunting at first. There is a lot of personal risk when dealing with money. But in conclusion, it is a great place to work.
Each and every employee is open minded, welcoming, and always ready to lend a hand. Although I’m an intern through a gap-year program, my mentors at this company have truly helped me further me along my path towards college as a student, and have expanded my network to reach from college recruiters to positions I am truly interested in, such as Investment analysis. Bank of America truly cares for equally and wholeheartedly for their clientele and employees.
My direct colleagues were super great to work with and for. However, the overall culture is still very pro-corporate. There is zero support for employees in any way - benefits, engagement, environment. It is very vindictive culture and if you don't bring in millions they overlook anything else you do.
