I love working for the Gap Inc. Brand. I was a manager previously for 5 years at a Gap location and since going back to school full-time, have picked up a part time job at my local Banana Republic Factory store. I love it! The management team is super flexible with my school schedule and all of my co-workers are really supportive. I would definitely recommend this company to work for at any level!
I like Banana Republic because of the atmosphere. It’s down to earth and full of funny employees. The clothes there can be cute sometimes (if you’re really into shopping), but they are a bit expensive. Unlike most jobs, you can use an app to take over any shifts that people discard. This works well for those who need extra pay. It’s not perfect, and I don’t plan on staying forever. However, out of all the past jobs I’ve kept, this one is one of the better ones.
