The environment is very uplifting and supportive. Although we compete against each other in sales, we also encourage each other how to make more from a sale. By far the best job I had this far!
The compensation and benefits are great, but the management is totally disconnected from what the employees or customers want. Even if you're hitting your numbers, you'll get a "review" of a call where you didn't make a sales offer to a single mother calling asking for a payment arrangement because she lost her job. Authorized Retail and In Home Experts operate under the company name but have no obligation to abide by corporate regulations of ethics, integrity, and honesty.
