here are many components to customer service, and you need all of them to truly satisfy customers. Customer service involves being a kind, courteous, and professional face for the company. It also involves listening carefully to customer wants and concerns. Beyond listening, customer service is doing everything in one’s power to efficiently and accurately serve each customer. Finally, customer service is about clearly explaining solutions to clients. All of these components of customer service lead to happy and loyal customers, which I know is the ultimate goal of your company.

I worked at AT&T Mobility for over nine years as a Customer Service Representative at their Call Center. I enjoyed working here because of the work hours. Yes, my first year I had to work some crazy hours, but it changed after the year anniversary. I would highly recommend working here because of the pay and benefits. It's a fast paced environment, but I learned a lot and I liked the fact that they have trainings for their employees in a monthly basis. In regards to management, I had some really good ones and others were not so good. As long as you know what you're doing you will be fine. There were resources to help you follow company's policies and procedures.
I’ve been with the company over 6 years. There is plenty of opportunities to grow. The growth of the company gives employees different options. Awesome benefits, great pay, tuition reimbursement and more!
