American Eagle Outfitters Reviews
Rating 4.14 out of 5 221 reviews
American Eagle Outfitters provides a great shopping experience loved by many. People enjoy the brand's trendy and fashionable clothing, with a wide selection that suits different tastes and body types. The store's friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make shopping enjoyable. Customers particularly appreciate the comfortable and well-fitting jeans available for both men and women. However, some people would like to see improvements in certain areas. They hope for more inclusive sizing options, increased diversity in marketing campaigns, a broader range of designs, and addressing any quality concerns. Overall, American Eagle Outfitters remains a popular choice, with the potential for even better experiences through positive changes.
Friendly people however managers can often lose sight of the fact that the employees are people too. Higher ups often seem to think they are better when in reality we are both working a retail job. Fairly simple never too stressful other than big sale events like Black Friday. Honestly not worth the pay solely due to the managers I’ve dealt with. Good if you want something easy and somewhat laid back and it all depends on who the managers are based on your store and what not. This job is good for the time being however I would not recommend if you prefer consistent and well paying work. As it is retail scheduling can be iffy due to the dead seasons but if you are told you are part time do not expect part time hours it seems like the only people who are guaranteed the hours are the managers or higher ups which is very unfair as they are making minors do all of the work basically. Have yet to see a manager doing actual work more so busy work! Maybe due to my lack of hours but who knows.
The job is a very interesting job, being able to interact with all different types of customers and many different tasks throughout your shift. Since I started my job a little less than a year ago I have learned many new things. I have learned how to fold all sorts of clothes, learn how to work the register and better my social skills through talking to customers!
