    My experience with this company has been very positively uplifting and a great step in the door for graduating psychology majors. I came in having little to no experience working with children with autism, and now being 2 years in I can say I love my job as a behavioral therapist. ABS has a great support system and every employee is very friendly and respectful. One of the greatest decisions I’ve ever chosen was to work for ABS!

    The pay is very competitive for the area and is fitting for the work we provide. Benefits and policies are unclear and need to be clearly stated. Hours may fluctuate moderately but this is due to several factors, including client cancellations. There is no compensation for client cancellations. It may take some time after being hired to obtain a full time working schedule. Some home environments we are asked to work in are awful but the company was accommodating once I voiced concerns. They offer tuition reimbursement for coursework completion which is a great perk for this industry.
    I work as a front desk receptionist. ABS is an excellent company, they treat the employees well and is a growing company that we see the opportunity to grow along with it. I enjoy people here, they're friendly and always very nice. I also love the work we do here... I love helping people and working for a company that provides services for kids with special needs truly makes me so happy!
