I was dropped in the middle of what would be the most intricate, yet crazy workplace I have ever been in when I got my job at Acme. Although it seemed like everything was mayhem because of the pandemic, it was really just organized chaos as my coworkers were fighting to meet the new demands of our customers. We were a team though. No matter what we would always laugh things off, talk with our manager over break like he was our friend--for that he was--and always help each other out. Getting to know the store was one thing, but getting to know my coworkers was another. I have learned so much from them, about how to do the job and also about life. Although cliche, we really are a family. And that's what makes an Acme afterall.
Acme Markets was a good place to keep busy and constantly be on the run while in the workplace. My coworkers were great as well and made the workday that much better. The management was very strict however and did not like when coworkers talked to each other, even if it was for a couple of seconds. In that manner, the job was very strict which made the days feel longer. Other than the management the job was simple and easily completed.
