I have really enjoyed working for 1-800 Contacts! I've worked here for 2+ years as an Inbound Customer Service Representative and an Outbound Customer Retention Associate. Both have brought learning experiences allowing growth and experience in outstanding customer service. The pay is great, the benefits are awesome, and the environment of the workplace is positive and happy.

I Love the Company, They treat the employees really well. Like they have a cafeteria which the food is really good and cheap. They have a free gym and encourage you to go, as well they have tons of events. I work with Customer service and they let you do whats best for the customer so you have that freedom and they back you.
