Awesome place to live safe and peaceful except for the racists. Schools are great and there are 1000 pizza places, banks, and nail salons.
Great town to grow up in, with a great proximity to New York City. Great schools and public facilities. Expensive area to move into. Could greatly benefit form increased diversity.
Something that would help is lowering the rent cost of buildings because many great businesses can't afford the prices and then have to close down shortly after opening.
