One of the affluent cities with a lot to offer, the real American freedom still lives here!
Living paradise, nature, animals, fresh air, people are walking horses not dogs, where else you see that?
Beautiful, safe, weather just right, tons of churches means a lot of conservative people. May be boring for young people no night clubs but that does not belong to any residential neighborhood, let the bad stuff stay in LA, this is the reason we moved from there. A lot of sushi places, a big Japanese settlement was here sense the Second World War. Home to the Nixon’s Presidential Library which is amazing to pass that piece of history every day. Schools are good. Mostly home owners, little renters in area which makes property value stay solid and work for you.
Living here is not cheap but it is a variety of condos, small houses and huge properties on 1 or 2 acres, we moved here for that reason.

Small community in population and proximity. Great places to eat, lots of dog parks, and nice places to enjoy a drink. There are different areas offering small houses, large houses, small houses with big yards, or small houses with small yards. Similarly, you can find a large house with a small yard, or a large house and a huge yard. There is something for everyone!
I like that our neighborhood is very friendly, and that we all talk to each other. It is a very nice relaxed quite neighborhood which is very nice! Some things that I would like to see change maybe a little more diversity throughout the neighborhood.
