Yardley Reviews

My family moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania when I was 9, and for the last 11 years, we have not had any crimes or violent crimes happen because it was a good neighborhood. It was also nice and calm; not too much traffic. I studied at the Pennsbury school district and the faculty and curriculum were one of the best I've experienced. I'm currently studying at Bucks County Community College at the Newtown campus, and while not exactly in Yardley is a very good community college.
Yardley is a great place to live. Growing up here has been nothing but a great experience and I would recommend this town to anyone. The great thing is the short commute! It only takes 45 minutes to center city Philadelphia, 45 minutes to the beach and across the bridge from New Jersey!
It's a very high-cost area without much public transportation and few safe places to walk. Some areas are small, walkable cities, but not very much. You need a car to get around. But you can find almost anything you need in this area without having to go very far. It's in-between two major cities and close to the beach. If you can afford it, it's worth living here.
