Wyomissing is a very busy place with many places to eat and many things to do! The abundance of restaurants is wonderful from expensive places for a night out or fast food for a quick bite to eat. The shopping options varies and the Berkshire Mall is close by! The area stays diverse with its close proximity to the town of Reading and Penn State Berk's campus. Some of my favorite spots include Yo-Go Crazy and shopping at Target!

I am currently a high school senior that attends Wyomissing JSHS. I love the feel of a tight community - often there are events to bring everyone together and celebrate! Furthermore, the beautiful scenery and landscaping in this town is wonderful.
I lived in Wyomissing from Middle school to high school and graduated from Wyomissing Area School District. The school is fantastic, but the town itself could feel a little isolating. I felt that many of the people in Wyomissing weren't very open to new people in the neighborhood. Also, Wyomissing was not very diverse to me and was mostly composed of upper-middle-class white people, which also made me feel more alienated.
