People stay in Woodway for years. We would hope to never move. People are friendly, it's beautiful here, we like the weather. Cost of living is very high, though.

It is only rated as 'okay' because of the available facilities the school provides to its students, like me. In regard to the entire Azusa community, I would say that the availability may not be as great as desired. Meaning that there is one organic grocery store and one nearby gym.
Housing is great, but it's expensive.
