I grew up in this town and there are a number of things I love about it. It's pretty close to NYC so there is access to the airports, museums, and entertainment in the big apple. It's also very close to the Hudson River Valley and Harriman State Park which are both beautiful and great for outdoor activities like hiking and boating. The town itself has great schools and lots of shopping. Woodbury Common traffic can be a real pain, though. As far as entertainment and dining in Woodbury there aren't a ton of options, but it's a short drive to the Monroe movie theatre and the restaurants in Cornwall, Harriman, and Monroe. This is a place to move to raise a family.

I would really just like the influx of people to stop. It's getting a bit overcrowded. Overall though, it reminds me of how Rockland County was 10-15 years ago.
What I like about Woodbury is that it's a clean, safe and friendly town. You have access to premium stores like Ralph Lauren in the Woodbury Commons which attracts tourists from all over the world and a few celebrities like Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.
