My family and I moved to Woodbridge when I was in third grade, because of the excellent school system it has. The schools have been fanatastic and have helped me tremdously in preparing for college. Woodbridge is also very beautiful, not very commercial, just beautiful lands. The houses are so spread out, everyone has alot of land, which is wonderful. We have all kinds of animals that visit, it makes it like our own little zoo.
Great community with an excellent school system. Offers easy access to the parkway or fast routes to major cities in Connecticut. People have amenities such as a hiking trail, community park and sports for children to join. Woodbridge is a quiet community but, has much to offer a family with young children or for families that have older children in college or for individuals in retirement.
I would like to see more things to do in the town. The majority of Woodbridge consists of houses, neighborhoods, and empty farmland. There aren't any sidewalks. The town should invest in creating more of a town square with a plaza full of shops. The plot of land in the cornfields on the corner of Beecher and Center Rd could be a good place to build something like that.
