The quality of housing in this area is wonderful. There has been one vacant house in the neighborhood for quiet some time but the outside has been maintained. Other than that one house, all of the houses are taken care of and beautiful.

Majority of businesses are nice. You can find almost anything you are looking for throughout the area with no problem. Some retail stores are lacking, however. Many are closing down or we just do not have enough options around here. It is annoying when I have to drive 25+ minutes to other areas just to find some decent clothing stores.
It is good. I prefer fall and spring because it is not too hot and not too cold. The seasons are typical and average. You'll see similar seasons in states near PA like NJ, New York, Virginia, etc.
