Wolfforth is a nice area. I have lived here for about 3 years and it's a safe town. Plenty of police surveying the area makes me feel secured. Also, my next-door neighbor is a cop. I go to Frenship High School, and I love it there. My brother goes to Bennett Elementary School, and he enjoys his education experience as well. An ideal environment to raise children or settle down. Plenty of food businesses to choose from, I work at Pizza Hut and It's my favorite job so far. Delightful town overall!
I have lived in Wolfforth for six years now since moving from Sacramento CA. The city is a fast-growing suburb of Lubbock and is probably the most expensive area to live in the Lubbock area.
The great school system in Wolfforth with many of its high school students graduating to attend Texas Tech and great schools through the country. Being that this is Lubbock Texas tech is highly pushed on students but remember your kids should go to a college where they want and will provide them with the skills they need not what is most popular.
Wolfforth county, however, has some issues with property taxes, many people have sued the city to change since property taxes keep being increased but the value of homes is not going up which is not how economics work.

I haven't been here long, but the people are very friendly, the neighborhood feels safe, and there are really great amenities like local businesses, a farmer's market and great schools. People really take care of their homes here, and there are some really beautifully landscaped houses.
