Growing up living in a town like Winslow is something that I would recommend others to do. The community is united, and everyone knows who you are. All of our athletic teams are fantastic and serve as an event of bringing everyone together. The enrollment in our schools are declining so I would like to see our population size increase.

This town is a warm and beautifully quaint small town in Maine. It is rich with influence from the Catholic and Baptist French Canadians who settled here originally in the 1800's, as well as influenced by the military fort that served as a major protector of the Kennebec River during the Revolutionary War.
Town with an amazing community feel! The people of Winslow are very kind and supportive of one another. My dream for after graduating from Husson University with a doctorate in Pharmacy is to own my very own pharmacy and be able to give back to the community that gave so much to me. Great school system (that helps students who fall behind and also helps the excelled student excel even more). Great community. Great town.
