Small town. Not really heard about outside of the state. Quiet with a good school system and sports system.
Windsor is a very small town with a close community. While I prefer rural areas to cities, I'm sure it's not for everyone, especially because of its small population.
I have lived in Windsor for my whole life. This town is fairly small but that is one of the things that I love the most about it. Our school is so small you know everyone, which can be a double edged sword at times, but other times it means that we always have each others backs. There isn't much to do in Windsor but it is not far from bigger cities in the area like Binghamton or Vestal. I am glad I grew up here in a tight knit community.
