Windham is a very supportive town filled with amazing people. The community if very uplifting, and can come together to help anyone. For instance, the past year a 11 year old boy was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer, the town came together and gave this boy gifts, friendships, and happiness during his time of need. He recently became cancer free, and in his homecoming, many people from all over the town greeted him in his driveway as he got home. The town of Windham might not seem like much to an outsider, but by being a resident of this town, I have truly been able to understand what it is like to be in a community.
Quiet, friendly, country town! Great place for a family or the quiet life. Lots of outdoor activities and shopping
