I moved to Windcrest 2 years ago, from Cibolo. I was worried about the surrounding areas, but decided to rent first, and see how things went. Needless to say, things went great, and I just purchased a home here. I love Windcrest! I enjoy all of the festivities, the amenities, and the people. It feels like the kind of neighborhood I grew up in, in the seventies.

Windcrest, the City of Lights, is a very wonderful place to live. It is a nice, safe, and quiet place to live. It is also close to many restaurants and businesses without being too congested. It hosts many local events throughout the year and is very friendly and welcoming to all.
Very beautiful neighborhood, family friendly and quiet. I have lived here for six years and i have enjoyed it. Friendly neighbors, safe neighborhood and surrounding churches nearby.
