I moved into a house in Willowbrook border line to Lynwood on November of 2017. My experience ever since has been a great one. I have not experienced or seen any crime since moving here. There is a lot of diversity and very friendly neighbors. Parking on the street I live on is decent and street cleaning does a good job. Its pretty easy to commute to stores in Lynwood, South Gate, and Huntington park. Commuting to my school however takes times because there is always traffic on the freeway early mornings. We also have a community friendly park called Mona Park, there kids are safe when enjoying activities.

I would want willowbrook to be cleaner and safer. Many of the public schools need remodeling and repair. There isnt much to do in willlowbrook, so opening a movie theater and more stores would make life a bit more interesting. I have to travel far to do anything fun. There should be healthier options for food as well.
I like the quiet and tranquil environment. There is a sense of community among the neighbors. I would like streets and side walks to be repaired by the city to make things accessible to everyone.
