Willowbrook is a great community to raise a family. The schools are outstanding, the village services are great. It has diversity and provides wonderful experiences through the park department and the Indian Prairie Library. The taxes are very reasonable for what we get.

For those who are not aware, Hinsdale Lake Terrace is not in the village of Willowbrook, but is unincorporated and only shares a zipcode with the village. Those kids do attend Hinsdale Sounth high school, but not Gower district 62.

Willowbrook is a small community and the first suburb I've lived in, in Illinois. Its cozy and safe and has everything you really need right down the road. I live in a bit apartment community and I've really enjoyed my experience thus far. There aren't too many opportunities to rent homes in Willowbrook, which is a downside. I with there were more houses to rent on the market. There is a grocery store around every corner and there is easy access to all of the main highways.
I love my neighborhood in Willowbrook. It's quiet and right next to the forest preserve, so it's very easy to connect with nature.
