I moved into Willingboro about 2 years ago, the houses are absolutely beautiful varying from old fashioned rangers to one story family oriented homes. This is a great place to invest due to its up coming renovations and integrity of homes. Each township in and around Willingboro has pools, golfing, organic supermarkets and fresh produce. There is also a lot of historic sites near Willingboro such as houses built in the 1800s (still in great shape). Comuting via public transportation is fairly easy due to the riverine that takes you from Trenton to Camden (and vice versa). Another great asset is the easy 30 min (or less) commute to Philadelphia. This is super convenient especially if you need a mini getaway from the rush of the city life with its local farmers markets, museums and not to mention peaceful and nature ridden train ride.

Willingboro Township is a suburban neighborhood that has a lot to offer with community fun, open areas for plenty of event space. Affordable homes for big and small families with pets too!
I lived in Willingboro for a little over 4 yrs ago I recently bought a house feb 2018 in the Hawthorne park area. I must say I absolutely love it here and I have - teenager in the tech school which she loves. I have never had an issue here and have not experienced any issues. The community is very close and if the see anything sucpicious they report it and the police here is amazing at addressing anything when needed. The area is well kept! The neighbors will let you know when you me grass or lawn is not right lol I love it because that assures the area is free from rodents and looks good. I love the quietness and friendly neighbors. The only con I have is I wish there were more buses for transport purposes and more things for children to have activities for free. Aside from that it’s a nice place to live.
