Williamstown is a small but quaint town located in the north west corner of MA. Living in Williamstown means living in a safe town that rarely has any trouble with violence or crimes. I've lived in Williamstown my whole life and have never felt scared. As well as this Williamstown has great resources such as The Clark Art Institute and The Williamstown Theater Festival. Overall, Williamstown may be small but it has so much good going for it!

Great town, particularly for people related to the college, the art scene (Clark Art, MassMoca, or theatres), or younger retirees. The town is affordable, the college welcomes residents to events and speakers (class audits available with professor permission). The vibe is pretty rural which I love but there’s pretty easy access to NYC or Boston in about three hours. Winters can be long, of course but that’s part of the fun. You definitely have to be a driver to get around.
Williamstown is a rural area located in the Berkshire County of Massachusetts. At the heart of the town is the extensive property of Williams College which is known as one of the best colleges in the United States.
