This area is growing because of it's natural beauty. It is a fairly peaceful and quite place but sometimes that can get boring. For young people there is not much to do. I have also noticed an increase in rehab and old folks homes, which is see as troublesome.
I love Prescott, but there's an overwhelming number of retirees that don't want to spend tax money on education. There's also limited options for fun for teenagers.
Because of the high concentration of rehab homes, there is quite a bit of drug related crimes. There is also the occasional racist hate crime but there than that it is mostly quite.
