The neighborhoods of Williamsburg are very old white dominated, but as the years pass more and more people of different ethnicities move in and increase the culture of the area. There are many community centers around the area and they all have socials to include everyone in the neighborhoods. Also, they recycle and have biodegradable dog waste bags, with a good focus on the environment. However, most of the roads get sped through and there is constant construction going on, therefore, it takes time to get to work or school, and you definitely need to look both ways before crossing the street. Plus with Seaworld and two Publix stores in the area, there are always jobs to be taken.
The people are pretty nice. Very nice shops and plenty of stores and places to eat relatively close. The traffic is brutal at times however. It is super close to sea world and relatively close to all the Disney parks and resorts. All the stores and food places are within 10 to 15 mins of my apartment.
Williamsburg is a small community with great schools and shopping. It is closely located to Sea World, Disney and Universal Studios.
