Whitehall is the perfect town for children to grow up in. This small town is on the shoreline of Lake Michigan, making it the perfect destination. Summers are filled with swimming, kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Winters include ice fishing, ice skating, xc skiing, and more. Whitehall District Schools is the local school. This school allows students to connect with their classmates and make lasting friendships. The memories I have gained from Whitehall will last me a lifetime. I love this town, and plan on raising my kids here someday.

The people are nice at first, but most of the older population here is very closeminded and rude once you get to know them. And, Whitehall is cursed. Once you come to Whitehall, you stay in Whitehall until you die. Some people move away, but they always come back.
Schools are nice though.
Whitehall is a great little tourist town located right on Lake Michigan. I enjoy living here. The only thing that I would change is the main road that runs through town. It used to be two lanes, but to accommodate parking in the downtown are the condensed the road to one lane.
