Great place to live. Great place to raise a family
Safe & quiet. Nice neighbors.
All the benefits of living in white bear lake, with lower taxes
This area is very safe under the supervision of the White Bear Police Department and the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. On top of the protection provided by the two entities previously mentioned, many neighborhoods have a neighborhood watch dedicated to preventing and reporting crime. I have never felt insecure living here.
