Wheatfield Township Reviews
Not too far from my home town of Duncannon is Hershey, which contains multiple tourist attractions! These include Hershey Park, Hershey Chocolate World, The Giant Center, the Hershey Arena, and the Hershey Theatre. This area has one of the best amusement parks in the country, huge name celebrity concerts and comedy acts, Hershey Bears games, and was the root of the original Hershey bar making this area one of the sweetest places to live!
When it comes to food, no matter what time of the day it is, you will always be able to find a decent place to eat. Among my age bracket, Sheetz is always a great 24 hour opportunity for some fresh-made food. Also, there are various diners, fast food joints, Chinese food places. pizza shops, and even a drive-in place to be able to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal. A huge perk about this town is that you will never go hungry, that is for sure!
Most people in the are of Duncannon have to hop on to the highway to get to their job's. With Duncannon being a small town right off of the high way 22/322, the only higher paying jobs are either at the local school, or in surrounding areas such as Harrisburg or Mechanicsburg/Carlisle. What is convenient about the location for teenagers are the local business. I got my first job at a truck stop right on the high way. Yes, they offer higher than minimum wage to start, but it is not a very realistic life-time career plan. Generally, the employment opportunities are okay when just starting off in the working world.
