People run and jog and bike all the time. Lots of hills, so I guess it's a good workout! Also there is a small trail in the woods nearby that people probably hike in.

While I live in the suburbs, the city isn't far and there are tons of things to do there! Also there is a zoo close by. The neighborhood is a good size and while I don't know everyone, it seems welcoming and friendly and safe. It's not the most diverse place but it's a nice place to live. It's very comfortable and quiet. A lot of families live here.
The airport is a little ways away, maybe a half an hour drive at the most, but there are also bus stations and definitely easy access to major highways and the ThruWay which can take you anywhere in the state. Plenty of highways for interstate travel too.
