I have always loved Westport. First came here in the 1970's. Finally moved here to retire. So much to do out doors right in town! The Pacific ocean and South Beach is at my backdoor and Grays Harbor and the marina my front door. There's Fishing for Salmon, Sea Perch, Tuna, Halibut, You name it. There's Oysters, Muscles, Razor Clam, Crabbing, Surfing (#1 in the state), Beach Combing, Kiting, Biking, Walking the trails! Nearby you have the entire Olympic Peninsula to explore! There are festivals and events on the marina all summer long. Cost of living is low and the people are friendly. Aberdeen is 20 minutes away for shopping etc. Could have moved anywhere but we chose Westport.

I have lived in Westport since I was in first grade and I love it, there is beautiful beaches that you can walk from your house, the weather is rainy and its nice to hear it while watching movies. And it is a great spot to visit and live in. The people are very kind and welcoming. Westport has beautiful views.
The people are friendly, the air is fresh, there are many diverse things to keep you busy enjoying life. It is our favorite vacation getaway . we are in the process of buying a home there.
