The permitting requirements for everything from moving in to the area and burning a fire pit of an evening on your own property (not allowed after 7pm or on holidays!) create an environment like Stepford.

Westmont is a very family friendly community within the city of Johnstown. The safe environment makes it a nice place to raise a family. A drawback is the high property taxes due to no businesses being permitted.
They can't keep up with upkeep because all the business goes to chain places, but the local places we have are delicious and very welcoming.
