West Stockbridge Reviews
This town is the hidden gem of the popular Berkshires. With easy access to the MA Turnpike and the NY Thruway, it's a commuter's dream, but far enough off the highway that town residents don't notice the noise. Residents can enjoy all of the sights and attractions of the Berkshires without all of the traffic of the "destination" towns of the area. People are incredibly friendly, but not as nosy as in other small towns. A right-to-farm community, West Stockbridge provides edibles for local restaurants and farmers' markets, supporting the Yes Farms, Yes Food movement as well as farm-to-table. Beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, the town has the quaint attractive appeal of an old New England town with all of the modern amenities of the 21st century.
