West Sacramento Reviews
We live near the river and the iconic gold bridge. It's very convenient for walking to Old Town Sacramento, the Capitol and midtown. We love the location. West Sacramento is still building up. The waterfront here on the side of the river will no doubt build up soon and provide beautiful living and shopping space on this side of the river. For now it's best to walk across the bridge.
West sacramento has been our home for over 10 years. My husband and I are both transplants from more established areas and have to come to love the Southport area. The proximity to down town has been phenomenal! It's a small town feeling with like minded residents who are calling West Sacramento their new home.
As a suburb, West Sacramento is wonderful in its accessibility to schools, community events, shopping centers, and recreational hobbies. For a student in this city, it provides a basis in opportunities to improve upon the community. West Sacramento has its own Rotary Club giving the people, and the students, of this community a voice in what is happening around them. Furthermore, West Sacramento consists of a tight knit community, evident in how people in this town come together for sporting events or recreational downtime. All in all, it is a lovely city to settle down in with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
