I enjoy West Grove because it has the best parts of every aspect. It’s extremely family friendly with great schools. It is an up and coming area in many parts, with many neighborhoods either newly developed or being developed. It’s a quiet area, but you are a short distance from West Chester, Philadelphia for day trips or night life. West grove is a great place for people who like the outdoors, from its scenic roads and destinations; and it’s local parks like White Clay!

I have lived in West Grove, Pennsylvania my entire nineteen years of living. Not only did I grow up here, my mother and grandmother also grew up here. I cannot imagine living anywhere else! I love the "small town feel". Every time I go out to a local restaurant or shop, I am bound to run into someone I know! Not only is the societal atmosphere of West Grove wonderful, the scenery follows. When driving down the backroads, you are bound to run into abundant amounts of corn fields, beautiful wildflowers, and wildlife galore. Each season here holds something spectacular. Spring is filled with Cherry Blossom trees. Summer is filled with vegetable fields and the sounds of peepers/birds. Fall is filled with pumpkin patches and bonfires. Winter is filled with blankets of snow and hot cocoa. There is always something to love in West Grove, you just have to be looking for it. I wouldn't be myself if I didn't live here.
West Grove is a cute, small town located an hour outside of Philadelphia. What makes it such a great place to raise your kids is that it allows you to travel throughout the tri-state area in a timely fashion. You can go to Lancaster and explore the city or make a quick trip to Newark, Delaware for a nice lunch. West Grove is a place where you know your neighbors and everyone is friendly. What is also nice about it is the ongoing expansion. New neighborhoods are being built, which is welcoming more to come join us! The only thing that newcomers should be aware of is the smell of mushrooms. Considering we live next to the mushroom capital of the world, manure is a reoccurring smell around here. You get used to it after awhile but for those passing through it is a prominent smell.
