Chester County is has annual events that are fun, but living here is expensive. Good education system and health care for you and your pets. Cheap and Good Vet, too!
I love the neighbors and the local government (they really take care to keep this neighborhood clean). There could be more sidewalks to make things easier to access for people who wants to walk their dogs or keep their kids out of the road.
A historic, lively, beautiful, well-kept secret, West Chester is a demographic gem amongst Pennsylvanian cities. A reputable university supplies the town with new blood annually and provides an excellent source of education and local employment. The city is no stranger to night life, having many shopping outlets, bars, cafes and establishments of cultural value and importance. While expensive to live in the heart of the city, it is well wort being so close to the best Chester County has to offer.
