Wesley Chapel is a growing city with excellent K-12 schools, and several colleges and universities nearby. Residents have the option of living in subdivisions of all different scales and price ranges or on a piece of land that's a little bigger or more private. There are movie theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, and car dealers. There's a district park with areas for sports, with a scenic walking path around it and a playground in the middle. There's a mix of every kind of person you can imagine! Wesley Chapel is a city that understands that it takes all types of people to build a great city and that making amenities and necessities available to everyone while continuing to grow and expand is essential for such a town to prosper into an even stronger community!

We've lived here since July of 2013 and feel very blessed to have found this, know discovered, paradise. Market value and standard of living have been steadily growing for a decade and show no signs of stopping, making living in Wesley Chapel a great decision. Access to major roads, i.e. I-75/275 & SR 54 is relatively easy and truly facilitate a commute north or south, especially Tampa which is less than an hour away?! I highly recommend anyone moving to the Tampa area to check out Wesley Chapel before making a final decision.
I love Wesley Chapel! There are still some slower country type areas, but it’s also growing with the times in other areas. I like the variety. Passing by land with farm animals, and being able to go to the newest and hottest store or restaurant.
