Iv'e lived in Welby for about 5 years. When me and my family moved in we thought it was nice. All these years and the neighborhood is so nice, loving, and charming. Welby is full of nice people. It's also a nice and safe neighborhood. I enjoy living in this area. I feel safe. The people are nice and unproblematic. I would recomend people to come live in Welby because its such a nice neighborhood to live in. Although, something i would change is that where i live is a street that a lot of cars pass by. Sometimes the cars pass by too fast. But overall, Welby is such a nice, loving , and safe neighborhood.

Selby is a small town south of old Thornton and North of Denver. It has accessibility to parks, bike trails. Grocery stores, and schools within walking distance.
The local businesses in the area are only "okay" simply because they are older and the variety of items are based around everyday needs such as food and water. The variety of stores is somewhat diversified ranging from ethnic markets to common everyday stores such as Wal-mart. In addition, these stores do not offer many services compared to bigger Wal-marts or an area that is higher class. Overall, the local businesses and companies are supplying enough to help people in the area sustain their everyday basic needs.
