I like the quiet of Weaverville and the general mountain town atmosphere. However, the real estate market is significantly overpriced because of the proximity to Asheville, and the restaurant options are limited to mostly fast food and just a few little cafes and restaurants downtown. Do love the easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities though.

Convienent to Asheville with the small town vibe and community! Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any issues. Just beware of the traffic towards Asheville
Wonderful shops and restaurants along Main Street; all the basics and more near the highway. People are out and about walking and visiting at all hours. A busy but quiet town with fun special events. Police are friendly and helpful. Residents are proud of our town!
