It is a beautiful town, absolutely the best place to raise a family. Great places to eat like the Weathesfield Inn. Wonderful golf course at Crown Point. Best apple orchard -Wellwood Orchards and the best maple syrup at Woods Cider Mill. Can’t find a better place to live then Weathersfield Vermont!
It is a beautiful little town. The downfall is that everything is being moved to, or centered around, Ascutney. Perkinsville used to have a little general store, post office and town offices. Now the store is closed, the post office was moved to a newer spot, and town offices are in Ascutney.
Excellent place to grow up. Country setting good school system. The only down side is not enough activities available for children and families.
