Downtown Wayne is up-and-coming with new buildings and shops. It is a simple area with many parks for the family, job opportunities and more. Michigan Avenue is also a prime spot for the Woodward Dream Cruise for those interested in cars. There are many place and things to see in this county and I highly recommend a visit!
I have lived in Wayne since 1990. It has always been a safe place to live. The community does pull together to help others in need. We have a new Major now. I really hope we can bring more businesses here to the city. It would be great to see more jobs, not just auto jobs but office jobs, corporate jobs. The potential is there it just a matter of a plan of action. Another thing would be helping the small business and the Direct market business grow.
